Descrierea postului
- Draw up, change or complete, timely, the accounting methodology according with bank operational development- Draw up, change or complete, timely, the accounting methodology according with legislative or internal procedures changes - Provides management and updating chart of accounts in accordance with the banking chart of accounts- Ensure the development of analytical accounts in a format and content as appropriate information needs (opening/closing/changes of accounts)- Knows operational concepts of accounting systems of the bank- Monitoring systems compliance with accounting methodology in force - Prepare and review on a regular basis, the accounting policies adequate with bank transactions- Able to recognize and act on non-standard situations, and adapt work to business goals- Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems- Applies procedures to ensure accuracy of output and adopts continuous improvement approach
Cerinte
- Academic background (economic, finance, business studies)- Relevant Banking experience in accounting methodology for at least 3 years- General Ledger experience- Solid knowledge of accounting RAS and IAS - Ability to understand the functionality of the banking core systems- Proficiency use of Excel (Access will be an advantage)- Good written and verbal communication skills- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills- Responsibility and accuracy- Ability to solve urgent matters within area of own jurisdiction and work under pressure- Flexibility, especially in the closing periods- Required to share knowledge and experience with others and assist less experienced staff- Proficiency in English
