Descrierea postului
• Provides legal support with regard to the corporate lending – Corporate Middle Market and Public Authorities;• Issues legal opinions with regard to the structure of the credit transactions and collaterals;• Checks the Special Credit Conditions (non standard) and the mortgage agreements;• Ensures contacts with public notary, Land Book, National Bank of Romania, Trade Registry, Electronic Archive, other authorities, required by the Corporate Legal Support activities;• Legally advises with regard to the new projects;• Permanently watches the legislation and its evolution, in order to be able to provide up-to-date legal solutions to other departments he/she collaborate with;• Advise the procedures of the Bank with regard to lending activity – Corporate and Public Authorities, currency transactions, letters of guarantee, cheques, cash management;• Prepares and take part in issuing/reviewing the procedures and internal policies of the Bank in collaboration with the Quality & Organization Department and with the other departments;• Identify and manage legal risks and provide advice and direction with regard to legal compliance;• Timely reporting of issues regarding team activity to Head of Corporate Legal Support/ Deputy legal Director/ Legal Director;• Performs any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Corporate Legal Support /Deputy Legal Director/ Legal Director/ Management of the Bank;• Respects the general legal provisions, regulations issued by BNR and all the internal regulations, procedures and policies of the Bank;• Assures and guarantees confidentiality regarding the Bank’s customers, the transactions, the internal politics and procedures, the human resources information.
Cerinte
Law graduate;• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Commercial/ Banking Law;• Previously banking experience constitutes an advantage;• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;• Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to offer adaptable and business focused advice;• Motivation, team player, good interpersonal and analytical skills;• Excellent time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines and to priorities work in a pressurized environment;• Problem solving attitude;• Good knowledge of English;• PC skills.
