Descrierea postului
• Responsible for its “portion” of the department’s budget• Manages the daily relationship with the clients in the portfolio, and is responsible for providing quality services to the clients • Responsible for marketing the full range of bank’s products and services, including cross selling • Responsible for acquiring new clients• Responsible for drafting indicative offers with the involvement of the Team Leader/Deputy Head/Head of the Division and of the relevant colleagues from the support departments of the bank (Structured Finance, Treasury etc.) • Responsible for preparing loan applications after collecting all the necessary data from the clients. The loan applications should be prepared by involving the relevant colleagues from the support departments of the bank (Structured Finance, Treasury etc.) • To provide constant feedback to the Team Leader regarding the banking market, targets customers and competitors.• To provide any information that might help improve the product structure of the bank and increase the service quality• To coach the Junior Relationship Managers/Relationship Managers in the department• Covers other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs• Quality responsibilities: please see W010• All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. Cerinte
• University degree in Economics • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Banking• Foreign languages: English, German• Analytical and structuring abilities • Organizing skills• Team player
