Descrierea postului
• Ensure testing process preparation and execution for IT solutions according to the bank standards• Define test cases and scenarios based on use cases and business acceptance criteria;• Develop automated functional/regression test scripts, and design automated performance, stress and volume tests;• Plan and perform the testing process and activities;• Use optimization techniques to minimize the number of test cases and time effort while maximizing test coverage;• Isolate root cause of defects and drive the resolution of important defects;• Investigate potential defects and discussed them with developers;• Performing scenario-based testing from the perspective of various end user roles;• Analyze errors and provide feedback to the project team;• Act as a technical expert in the area of system testing on assigned projects;• Create quality assurance status report for assigned projects as required;• Document thoroughly all activities and deliverables along testing process, according to the bank sandards;• Make user trainings for IT related topics and assure knowledge handover to the IT support teams;• Assist with coaching of personnel in the operation of the process-based quality system;• All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and be updated with procedures in force.
Cerinte
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent technical field.• At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position• Background/understanding of software development life cycle• Strong analytical skills• Knowledge and experience with automated testing and tools• Experience and substantial involvement with Project Methodologies• Experience with issue-tracking software• English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)• Experience in communicating with users with different backgrounds• Responsibility, patience• Open minded• Ability to work under pressure• Ability to maintain confidentiality
