Our client is a start –up of a big multinational company in the field of cosmetics. Due to their new entrance in Romania they develop their team with.Wea re looking for a person on finance position - Financial ControllerCandidate Profile :- Has at least 2 years of experience in finance/audit/accounting- Has knowledge of accounting and reporting standards allowing to cooperate with external accounting department- Is able to understand and support in all finance and accounting aspects- Is able to understand the internal processes of company activity and proposed internal control rules - Has skills how to prepare budget and present it to the HQ- Experience in analyses of budget variances and analyses of current performance of company - Has basic experience in cash management and debt collection- Closed cooperation with HQ finance department and reporting team- Closed cooperation with the Brand Manager and President to support them in finance field.
