Main objectives:• Ensures technical and legal operating control of the production of the company's products and the corresponding storages. • Holds responsibility for the optimal use of the resources in order to produce the requested quantities and qualities just in time with the lowest costs possible according to the laws, the comapany guidelines and the implementation of the strategy.• Holds responsibility of a designated person for managing the transport activity. Manages the transport activity - plans, organizes and directs functions and activities related to the transport activities – fleet management, people coordination, routes planification and optimization under the decisions of the logistics manager.• Manages the filling plant activities in accordance with health and safety rules, works regulation, European and local technical standards, The Group and company directives.

Education: University engineering degree (technical/ economic)Experience: Work experience in the energy, extractive industry and in position of a production manager or production planning manager production industry – 5 + yearsBusiness and technical knowledge: knowledge of the industry and products Has knowledge of the regulation for LPG, pressure vessel, ADR (road transport), RID (rail-bound transport), work regulationKnowledge of LPG tank storage techniques, LPG products, implementation of the LPG in Ex explosive atmosphereMethods, materials, tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of vehiclesApplicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and proceduresBudget preparation and controlInventory practices and proceduresCompetencies:• Strong leadership and people management skills; provides purpose and direction, empowers people, inspires and leads by example• Astute decision maker, consider wider views and takes ownership• Excellent communication skills and ability to promote open communication: Encourage information sharing, promotes teamwork, supports others, holds to company values, promotes open and trusting company.• Strategic thinking: looks beyond the day-to-day business, formulates a clear strategy, deals with strategic change.• Ability to find new ways: adapts to the changing environment, offers new solutions, mange change.• Market and business awarness: understands the market, gets close to the cusotomer, seizes opportunities, connects with the outside world.• Strong orientation for results: pushes for higher levels of peformance, shows personal dedication to the achievement of targets.
