Posting invoices received from internal/external suppliers;Bookeeping of all transactions including transfers of expensses and incomes in advance.Posting accruals;Posting bank statements ;Daily and monthly reconciliation between accounting system and bank statements;Expense notes ron and foreign currency: booking, checking compliance with local legislation;Reconcile all sales and purchase reportsManaging all loans from bank and third parties including re-evaluation and interest.Verifying the documents related to advances to personnel;Monthly accounts analysis related to advances paid to personnel;Others reports and activities.
Cerinte
University degree in Economics;bookeeping experience- minimum 3 yearsFiscal legislation(expense deductibility, VAT, withholding tax)Experience with an integrated accounting system;Good ability for time table of dead-lines for reportsSelf-confident person, ambitious and dynamic person;English good skilsGood communication skills, team working personOrganized, accurate and trustworthy;Problem solving attitude;Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).ERP usage is an advantage
