- Responsible for leading the Shared services team based out of Romania ;- Ensuring Timeline SLA compliance : Timelines is met for all processes in Shared Services Romania like Billing, Application of receipts, Payments to customers, Bank reconciliations, Sub ledger reconciliations and all kinds of reconciliations ;- Ensuring Accuracy SLA compliance: Accuracy is met for all processes in Shared Services Romania like billing, application of receipts, Payments to customers, Bank reconciliations, Sub ledger reconciliations and all kinds of reconciliations ;- Ensure compliance with ICS requirements ;- Co-ordination with the project managers, providing information/ documents required by customer ;- Responsible for Oracle documentation, including updating and maintenance of user guides ;- Ad hoc tasks at quarter ends (analysis of operating costs, accrued/deferred gross up) - Monitoring of ad hoc tasks (eg input of certain sizeable AP invoices for travel etc) ;- Provides inputs and support to bring in processes and help to grow the team ;- Ensure Best practices are implemented and monitored ;- Ensure KPI's are implemented and tracked ;- Timely submission of tracker related to cycle time, KPI etc., to the management on a monthly basis.
Cerinte
Mandatory skills:- A Bachelors/Masters degree is required (preferable Chartered Accountant or equivalent);- Core Experience in Finance and Accounting ;- Proficiently able to communicate in English and French ;- Prior experience of leading a team in shared service environment, with evidence of knowledge of SLA and swift and efficient delivery to customer ;- Team-player with high ethical standards ; - Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment ; - Experience working with Microsoft Office (good working knowledge of excel) .Nice to have skills:- Able to communicate in German ;- Knowledge of Macros ;- Experience working with Oracle (or any ERP system).
