The Senior DP Executive is responsible for performing day-to-day data processing tasks & independently handling projects to provide quality outputs for analysis & reports, according to project specifications & Synovate Data Processing standards. The executives are also responsible for expanding their own understanding of data processing through learning channels including on-the-job exposure, reading, & discussion with peers.Main responsabilities are:• Working with statistical programs using different platforms : SPSS, QUANTUM, QUANVERT• Active participation in projects of Data Processing• Be ready and open to prepare additional analysis needed • Preparing of clean data in different formats : ASCII+ DataMap, SPSS, Quanvert, Excel, Access• Preparation of tabular reports• Aiming to check the correctness and logical view of data• Preparing masks to data introduction• Write CATI scripts• Organize the job and supervise direct reports (Data Processing Executive, Junior Data Processing Executive, IT&DP Support)and part-timers• Assisting Operations Manager• Management of Data Processing staff training
Cerinte
• Superior Studies (preferably with a Technical background)• Strong numeracy and literacy skills• Good knowledge of MS Office• Good knowledge of English language• Good knowledge /experience with programming/scripting languages.• Excellent technical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.• Good understanding of DP software• Good basic knowledge of other packages used in Data Processing process, including Excel and SPSS• Good understanding of quantitative research and methodologies• Strong attention to details• Good time management skills - ability to handle multiple projects accurately and in a timely manner• Creative and objective disposition with strong problem solving skills
