Descrierea postului
Oversees and maintains management procedure within the local IT department in order to meet the group standards. Provides data processing support of various activities of the department.Responsabilities:- Ensuring the proper allocation of data entry columns for questionnaires prior to their entry in field- Familiarizing and fully applying the tabular specification requirements- Ensuring error-free and timely available validated databases and tabular reports- Realizing and verifying delivered data (SPSS and ASCII databases)- Realizing tables in Quantum and exporting them in Excel- Top lines and cross tabs in SPSS- Programming and verification of input forms in ACCES - Reporting to Regional IT Head- Provide assistance to IT Head on hardware and software configurations in the local office to ensure consistency within the group. - Trouble shooting and problems solving on IT.- Provide technical support to users on PC system.

- Superior studies- Strong numeracy and literacy skills- Good knowledge of MS Office- Very good knowledge of English language- Good knowledge /experience with programming/scripting languages- Good basic knowledge of other packages used in DP process- Good knowledge of IT software and hardware- Good understanding of quantitative research and methodologies- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.- Excellent technical, communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills.- Strong attention to details
