Dutch Trading International (www.dutchtrading.ro)Dutch Trading International SRL was founded in 2008 by two Dutch partners and has developed into a successful business in the trading/breeding of cattle and other activities related to the cattle trade. The company is based in Mizil (halfway between Ploiesti and Buzau) on a 7 ha property containing breeding stables, offices and food processing facilities. With its 15 permanent employees, it expects to generate a turnover of close to €10 million in 2010, with further growth forecast in future years. Both founding partners have extensive knowledge in cattle trading and breeding and ensure that Dutch Trading International operates according the latest international standards. While servicing the local market, the company’s main clients and suppliers are in other European countries and the Middle East’?Presently the bookkeeping and accountancy is being done by a third party but the development of Dutch Trading International requires in-house bookkeeping, and more administration requires an Office Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe OFFICE MANAGER will control all administrative procedures and processes ensuring continuity of the operation and a clear overview for the partners and be responsible for the process of moving from external to internal bookkeeping. Next to all common bookkeeping matters the OFFICE MANAGER will make sure all approvals and certificates are acquired and up to date and ensure all transactions are being done in a correct manner. As the management of the company is usually not on site the OFFICE MANAGER will operate independently and with great discipline and efficiency. Success of the company is greatly depending on swiftness, the administration processes should be in line with this.Main activities of the ACCOUNTANT / FINANCIAL MANAGER will be;• Managing a small administration team (2- 3)• Perform accounting evidence for;• primary bookkeeping• Summarize financial indicators and present recommendations in order to increase business profitability;• Provide assistance and advice to on all financial issues to ensure continuity and profitability for the company;• Administrating / organizing all banking matters • Financial reporting to the management;o Profit and loss / monthly resultso Cash flowo Cost priceso Profit per transaction o Influence of market price fluctuations on profitability• Securing the administration is compliant for all export and import documents• Securing / managing the authorizations and certificates for the various operations• Manage administration on cars / machineries and equipment• Assisting in purchase • Support and coordination in legal matters

As the location is Mizel DTI prefers to have someone residing in Ploiesti, Urziceni or Buzau or willing to relocate to a beautiful area with hills, forest and fields, completely unspoiled.
