We are searching for a Deputy Financial Manager for a determined period / project based of 8 months for our client which is one of the world’s largest contract manufacturers and service providers for solid dosage forms for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The company has its production facility and HQ in Cornu - Prahova.General Purpose of the Position:Provides the financial strategy of the company, according with the Group strategy, for getting the business profitability and the continuous development of the organization; provides the legal conditions for the financial and economical activities. Society Representative in relations with local authorities, related with financial field.The position reports to the Group Financial Director and to the General Manager from Romania.Direct Subordinates of the position: Chief Accountant and Financial ControllerResponsibilities:- Coordinates / prepares the financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual): the profit & loss report, the cash-flow report, other reports requested by the Romanian financial legislation- Responsible for preparing the statutory accounts (RAS) and tax accounts- Responsible for the delivery of the group reporting packages (IFRS) and for the monthly financial reports for the Group- Responsible for reporting consolidation- Delivers the key figures or reports to the HQ and the local General Manager, whenever needed- Manages the reconciliation between the Romanian financial system and the Group financial standards- Manages the activity of the financial, accounting and controlling departments- Manages activities regarding the inventory processes- Direct decision maker regarding the production costs
Cerinte
Mandatory:- At least 5 years previous working experience in the economical-financial management, in the production environment- Good knowledge of local law requirements- Proficiency in English- Computer literate (SAP user)Preferable:- German language will be considered an advantage- Previous experience in a multinational / international environment- Project Management experienceDesirable Profile:- Positive attitude- Good relationship skills- Ability to integrate very fast in a team- Results oriented
Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii):
Fixed monthly salary, plus working tools and a completion bonus at the end of the employment period.
