Descrierea postului

-serve as the global leader responsible for ensuring brand integrity and driving growth of the product range, as well as key ingredient & service brands, such as: PowerSurveillance, SafetySteps, etc.;-assist to develop brand architecture, objectives, strategy and initiatives for Power Solutions that support and align with overall Corporate & Power Solutions business objectives;-assist to design and implement a comprehensive framework for brand management including business processes, standards and guidelines, tool sets and performance measurement scorecards;-lead the implementation & operationalization of brand architecture & strategic initiatives globally for the UMO Enterprises brand, and associated brands, globally;-partner with Regional/Business Unit leaders to design and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop solutions that capitalize on channel and new business opportunities for the brand. Achieve global sales plans for volume, margin and market share by brand;-direct product, package, price, and merchandising strategy for the brand;-partner with PD, Product Marketing & Strategic Planning to ensure future product & technology strategies align with brand strategies & guidelines;-partner with Legal to ensure appropriate protection of trademarks, copyrights and other related intellectual property;-communicate brand strategies to external and internal stakeholders. Ensure sales teams have the appropriate tools to properly represent and sell branded products and services. Manage vendor relationships with third-party brand owners;-continually evaluate and propose new additions to brand portfolio based on changing market conditions and opportunities;-lead research projects related to brand strategies and effectiveness, as required;-manage a combination of direct reports and matrix relationships with Regional stakeholders.

Cerinte

-minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing, sales, or related experience in a similar field;-fluent in spoken and written English;-work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines;-passion for brands and consumer/customer focus;-to achieve business plan objectives: volume, revenue, profit, market share;-develop sales of the company’s products;-extend the company’s business to neighbor countries;-monitor and classify customers ;-search for new clients, both distributors and retailers;-financial skills, P&L understanding.Personal Characteristics:•ability to influence across functions and levels in the organization;•proven track record for delivering measurable results;•ability to establish strategic direction Proven marketing leadership;•ability to adapt and lead through change;•strong project management skills.
