We are currently seeking to employ a full time Office Manager to work in our office in Bucharest. Key Responsibilities:- Providing comprehensive support to the Managing Partner.- Overseeing the daily running of the office. - Managing internal/external communication: email correspondence, diary management and daily post. - Managing the Time and Attendance system. - Arrange meetings with both internal and external parties. - Organising management meetings- Responsible for the booking of conference and meeting facilities- Arranging travel arrangements to include, flights and hotels. - Dealing with general administration to include compiling monthly expenses, coordinate the recruitment process, handling company car mileage claims.- Ensure that the invoicing process is managed effectively.- Liaise with the Accountants for the monthly accounts - Processing employee expense claims- Maintain and develop HR policy and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation.
Cerinte
Knowledge and Experience:Good general education, perfect Romanian, good command of English, both written and spoken;Proven experience of comprehensive support at Senior Management level;Experience of working effectively within a team;Skills: Highly organised and methodical skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail; Ability to work with people showing tact and diplomacy;Able to understand the importance of confidentiality and to ensure that it is maintained; Able to produce work to a consistently high standard within deadlines; Able to work independently;Ability to produce clear, concise written material; Ability to deal sensitively, assertively and diplomatically with people both in person and on the telephone; Ability to adjust to changing priorities;Computer literate, including the MS Office application in particular a sound understanding of Excel and PowerPoint;The ideal candidate shall be university graduate.
