Compania Marquardt - fondata in 1925 in Germania s-a dezvoltat in decursul anilor intr-un concern international producator de componente in domeniul automotive. Compania Marquardt a investit cca. 6 milioane de Euro pentru transferul unei parti a productiei pe piata romaneasca si pentru extinderea capacitatii fabricii din Sibiu. In Sibiu se produc sisteme electronice si electromecanice, repere destinate exclusiv exportului pentru companiile Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Peugeot - Citroen. Grupul Marquardt mai are unitati de productie in Germania, Franta, Elvetia, SUA, Tunisia, China si India.
Descrierea postului
The major responsibilities of this role will be:- cost calculation and analysis;- key product analysis; - business plan support. The Controller is responsible for the planning process and the budget compliance, manufacturing variance analysis and inventory control, monthly variance analysis and performance reporting including commentary. The controller has to perform the plant controlling, identify improvement projects with the plant manager and drive action to improve performance. This includes the implementation of cost savings programs and the monitoring of the key figures, e.g. productivity, efficiency and the analysis of the variances.
Cerinte
♦ Graduate degree in business administration from a university or technical school and / or MBA with a major in controlling, finance or equivalent vocational business training; ♦ Several years of practical experience in Controlling, especially plant controlling, and finance;♦ Efficient in SAP system with a good understanding of manufacturing processes;♦ Have strong understanding of financial reporting;♦ Good computer skills for cost analysis & reporting (Excel, Database);♦ Fluent written and spoken English;♦ Fluent written and spoken German would be preferred;♦ Leadership skills to coach others;♦ Experience in the automotive sector would be helpful;♦ Foreign work experience would be advantageous.Desired personal strengths:♦ Excellent analytical skills, conceptual and planning abilities;♦ Persuasiveness, initiative and drive;♦ Self motivation, independent and meet deadlines;♦ Able to work under pressure, flexibility, team player;♦ Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, results oriented.
