It is listed at the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 1996 and a member of the National Association of Home Builders – USA since 1998. IMPACT Developer&Contractor was the first company to develop “residential compounds” in Romania. Descrierea postului

Key Responsibilities:•Prepare a detailed annual marketing budget by brand; •Develop and implement operational plans related to the brand in charge;•Create detailed marketing activity schedules based on approved marketing and business plans; •Collaborate with other departments in aligning schedules and ensuring all activities are subsequent to the Brand Plan;•Market monitoring, permanently checking on industry and technology development, competition, consumer trends etc;•Recommend appropriate marketing actions in order to promote as well as possible the company’s products;•Understand consumer needs and market trends in order to identify areas for innovation and competitive advantage;•Collaborate with other departments to maximize the results of the marketing activity•Establish, maintain and control relations with the advertising agency;•Develop campaign creative and media briefs, supervise advertising agency activities including, creative, layout, production, media plans, approval and evaluation;•Perform detailed market analysis to monitor brand performance, commission and control execution of ad hoc researches, synthesize primary and secondary research to guide portfolio and brand development decision making;•Involved in product development process in closs cooperation with Product Development Manager.

Cerinte

Successful candidates will have:•University degree;•Minimum 3 years experience brand management;•Fluent in spoken and written English;•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;•Organization, multi-tasking and project management skills; •Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines;•Passion for brands and consumer/customer focus.
