Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities sort and match invoices with the purchase order and the good receipt note set invoices up for payment resolve invoice discrepancies prepare analysis of accounts monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries produce monthly reports assist in month end closing
