Adecco recruteaza Store Manager pentru clientul sau ce urmeaza sa deschida un magazin de imbracaminte in cadrul mall-ului Atrium din Arad.Descriere post:-Efficient work force scheduling-Maximize store productivity and efficiency-Establish excellent customer service and satisfaction-Establish and maintain high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards-Security of merchandise & other property-Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2, and bottom line profit objectives-Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit performance-Achievement of the excellent customer satisfaction-Controlling the personnel expenses and other miscellaneous costs -Controlling the shrinkage rates-Improving the conversion rates-Profitable exploitation of the merchandise offer and retail selling space
Cerinte
-University Degree-5 years experience-Experience on Visual Store, “Win mentor” is a plus-English knowledge, Turkish is a plus-Team Player-Hard worker-Ability to work in a multinational / multicultural environment-Commercially awareness-Ambitious, positively motivated-Results driven, profit focused -Action orientated - determined to succeed -Hands on management style
