Descrierea postului
- Supervises and performs all accounting and cost related activities;- Supervises the planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the production scheduling, material control, material expediting, and data processing activities to insure the manufacture of the Master Schedule on a timely basis within all budget parameters.- Standard production cost calculation and deviation analysis.- Structured industrial reporting to the mother company and the other associated European companies.- Controlling activities on the finished product inventory and WIP. - Monthly closure and reporting- General accounting management, in particular passive invoicing cycles.- Corporate asset management.- Preparation of the data relating to the statutory financial statement closures assisting the external consultants- Preparation of the forecast and budget data for the mother company and the other associated European companies.- Basic treasury activities (payments) and maintaining relations with the local financial institutions.- Participation in European level projects.- Responsible for planning, directing, and executing all physical inventories and reconciling discrepant records. Develops and implements all materials systems and is responsible for the control and accuracy of all resultant records and reports. Keeps abreast of all new developments in the field of Production and Inventory Control for applications which will upgrade current systems.- Supervises and directs, in coordination with Rome, he efforts of all personnel involved in production scheduling, material control, and Data Processing support for Material requirements planning. Participates in all production meetings to coordinate and resolve materials problems affecting production activities.- Confers with general purchasing coordinators and traffic on material delivery problems.- Leads physical inventory team.
Cerinte
- Bachelors Degree, plus a minimum of five to ten years experience in Accounting/Finance and Material;- Requirement Planning Systems (SAP preferred) or a minimum of seven years combined experience of at least two of the following areas: Finance and Accounting, Production Scheduling and Inventory Control. - A strong preference for someone who has held the position of “Chief Accountant” in a manufacturing facility before.- A minimum of 4 years direct supervisory experience required.- Experience with Romanian labor law and workplace regulations;- English required – spoken and written, some Italian a plus.
