Purpose of the position:To lead and support services delivery for company's customers. Be a change leader and enhance productivity; people leader with a keen understanding and hands-on expertise in driving business change.Main tasks and responsibilities:- Provide functional and process leadership for operations and transitions efforts;- Drive customer engagement for the assigned customer teams;- Drive outsourcing industry operational metrics according to contractual obligations and improvement targets;- Drive benchmarking and best practices sharing;- Drive business processes re-engineering;- Will be the leader of the team - guiding and motivating them to supersede targets;- Will drive retention, knowledge management and talent development.
Cerinte
Main requirements:- Between 9-11 years Post Qualification with hands on accounting expertise and understanding of its application in an IT enabled environment. - Operations/transition experience in outsourcing industry and proven subject matter expertise in Finance and Accounting.- Strong People Management experience.- English language knowledge - at advanced level (another European language will be a plus);- Familiarity with European Markets/ Business Environment;- Strong execution Skills/ Proficient in use of IT.
