Descrierea postului
Our client is a multinational company, global supplier of office products and services.Responsibilities:- manage a group of Team Leaders - provide leadership, coaching and feedback for the subordinated teams - manage the pan-European Accounts Payable operational activities of the teams - act as an escalation point for the Account Payable team’s requests - review and recommend policies, procedures and KPI improvement, in coordination with the countries- provide input for the SSC projects- take ownership and implements the assigned projects.
Cerinte
Requirements:- University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics- at least 8 years experience in General Accounting/ AP activities- at least 4 years people management experience- English - advanced - French – intermediate - goal oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks- strong problem solving, interpersonal and people management skills- capable of managing the relationship with people from different countries
