Descrierea postului
•Managing and reporting the Company’s management reporting package, in line with Group accounting policies;•Monitoring, analyzing the Entity’s business performance•Ensuring strong financial control and process efficiency;•Providing financial analysis and decision support to the Entity’s commercial business, reviewing and challenging business performance and plans;•Providing support to Business Intelligence department;•Ensuring management information is timely, accurate and relevant;•Participating in preparation of annual and long term financial budget and forecasts during the year;•Ad-hoc financial analysis for business unit and management team;•Build strong relationship with commercial colleagues, effective communication.
Cerinte
•Degree in Financial/Accounting;•Minimum 2 years in the financial/controlling experience field;•Strong analytical skills with ability to gather and analyze data from a wide range of sources;•Good technical understanding of IT issues;•Team-working skills;•Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex analysis;•Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy;•Strong focus on process efficiency and process improvement;•Proactive, confidence to work directly with senior management, influencing skills;•Ability to manage, plan and coordinate processes;•Demonstrate strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills;•Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word);•Good English language skills.
