Descrierea postului
•Participating in the planning of the restructuring program;•Interaction with Project teams and other Company’s departments;•Monitoring events as determined in the Project Program, and update the Program Plan as required;•Monitoring the execution of Program/Project and the progress against the initial criteria;•Monitoring the execution of the Projects’ financial plan / Project Budgets;•Continuous assessment of the risks of the program /projects;•Centralization and systematization of program / project data;•Elaboration of integrated program plan/plans;•Elaboration and analysis of investments proposals;•Elaboration of proposals for program optimization;•Preparation of program execution reports;•Participating in elaboration the budgets of projects.
Cerinte
•Degree in Financial/Business Administration;•Minimum 2 years professional experience in at least one of the mentioned area: consulting, project management, corporate restructuring, business development;•Relevant exposure in working with business process redesign and process improvement concepts, issues, methods, techniques and tools;•Expertise in operating across a wide variety of services such as business strategy, marketing, financial and management controls, human resources and supply-chain management will be an advantage; •Problem Solving / Analytics - ability to crunch and manipulate the numbers followed by the ability to translate those numbers into meaning ; •Business Acumen -a general understanding of how businesses operate and professional verbal and written communication skills; •Working under pressure with tight deadlines;•Self motivation and enthusiasm;•IT literacy (experience in working with Microsoft Project is a plus);•Very good English knowledge.
