Industry: BankingLocation: Brussels, BelgiumArea covered: Brussels, BelgiumBusiness trips: YesCareer level: seniorSalary: based on experienceBenefits: see the detailed list belowLatest start date: ASAPJob type: full-time• Managing 10 project leaders; • Delivery mgmt for the Transformation projects in scope of Infrastructure;• Dealing with 48 projects;• Consolidate the information (Budget, Risk);• Chase the project leaders (Matrix organization);• Close financial monitoring of projects i.e. budgets, change orders, invoicing, payments; • Ensuring correct process and methodology is used on all projects including risk assessment; • Ensure excellent communication flows;• Ensuring accurate compilation and approval of all project schedules; • Weekly status reports, conference calls, managing meetings.

• Good communication skills; • Strong experience in project management;• Capacity of consolidation (Reporting to the steering committee, steering board);• Team member; • Time Management; • Presentation skills; • Analytical skills;• Problem solving; • Ability to understand and disseminate technical data and specifications; • Computer literate;• Good mentoring and people management skills;• Fluent in English.
