Descrierea postului
• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry • Identifies organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement • Effectively questions subject matter experts to extract, understand and document detailed business requirements for the project, and translates these into functional specifications • Analyses and documents business processes• Documents workflows and results of business analysis and obtains sign-off from stakeholders on the specifications• Ensures day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met• Tests projects deliverables against business requirements to ensure that they are fit for purpose• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules• Takes input and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback• Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
Cerinte
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex organizations• Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes• Very good English skills• Good knowledge of MS Office package and facility to use new applications • Able to assist in the facilitation of meetings• Able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully• Strong analytical skills• Identifies critical issues with ease• Understands general business approach• Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets• Experience as a business analyst and end to end experience of the project lifecycle are desirable.
