- Respond to telephonic queries;- Update SAP with customer master data;- Interaction with Logistics partner and customers;- Dealing with customers and sales representative;- Reviewing the requests from customer setup/changes and act as per the procedures;- Documents preparation for export orders;- Handle complaints and requests;- Initiate ideas to improve efficiency of Customer Service activities and be involved in projects to implement these ideas;- Dealing with order management.
Cerinte
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP;- Very good knowledge of Dutch or German and English;- Background in finance or in business economics would be an advantage;- Communicative, Good Interpersonal Skills;- Energetic;- Customer oriented;- Logical thinking;- Willingness to learn;- Availability to travel abroad.
