Orange France Telecom Group is recruiting a team in Romania, to reinforce Supply Chain Corporate Centre of Excellence.The team will be composed of 9 Supply Chain consultants (5 senior consultants and 4 consultants) and a manager. Team role is to trigger and ensure that Orange’s countries Supply Chains become business oriented. The Supply Chain centre is based in Bucharest/Romania and extensive travelling for consulting purposes is involved( 2-3 days average/week) The supply chain senior consultants tasks are to : • perform full Supply Chain diagnoses in Orange countries • deliver recommendations with strengths and weaknesses, areas to be improved, solutions and stakes • deliver action plans with main tasks to do and corresponding potential time frame • present recommendations and action plans synthesis to the board of the country in order to obtain green light for transformation • organize transformation launch . support country to create transformation team . define transformation governance (including streams definition, advisory and steering committees, weekly and monthly reporting…) . support countries to transform action plans into detailed task plans with owners, accountables and sponsors • ensure transformation progress . support countries to manage transformation project (unblock issues, facilitate communication…) . monitor progress through status meetings and report analyses . manage escalations • report about transformation progress to consultants manager A diagnosis and corresponding recommendations take place every 2 months The average transformation lead time is about 1.5 to 2 years A senior consultant manages 2 countries in parallel.
Cerinte
• at least two years experience in such position or five years experience in operational Supply Chain key position • fluency in English • strong skills in issues analyses and business cases management • ability to formulate strategic and operational recommendations • good at synthesizing and presenting information • results, facts and figures oriented • high ability to work across hierarchies • strong communication skills • able to work in multicultural environment • strong skills in Excel and Access A plus is to • speak French and/or other languages (Spanish, Polish) • have experience in Telco Supply Chain or Retail Supply Chain • have significant professional experiences abroad
