Objective:- collects various payments through cash and credit card from customers and employees- performs specific sales activities- offers information and support to Orange customersResponsabilities:- collects through cash and credit card the following payments: invoices, payments in advance, deposits, penalties payments for several debt collection agencies, products, various payments from Orange employees- collects daily the value of sales (cash) from the Sales Representatives- verifies and prepares the cash-in-hand for deposit to the bank- completes the cash register- verifies daily the POS and cash desk reports- reconnects suspended customers after payment, directly or after consultation with Credit & Collection department- cooperates with other departments: Fraud & Revenues Assurance, Accounting &Tax, Retention & Loyalty, Credit & Collection for customers loyalty, wrong payments allocation, recovers debts from customers- performs various types of Prepay recharges (eTopup, eVoucher, Postpaid to Prepay)- promotes Orange services and products to clients
