Descrierea postului
1.Incasare numerar/prin card: - de la clienti pentru plati: facturi, plati in avans, terminalelor, serviciu roaming, depozite, penalitati; - diverse incasari de la angajatii Orange. 2.Incasare numerar: - de la Reprezentantii de Vanzari din magazin (contravaloarea vanzarilor zilnice). 3.Reincarcari pre-pay. 4.Verificarea, centralizarea si pregatirea banilor si actelor pentru depunere la banca. 5.Intocmire “Registru de casa” si a altor situatii periodice; verificare vanzari magazin. 6.Oferire de informatii clientilor referitoare la: facturi, tarife, oferte de fidelizare, amanare plati. 7.Reconectari in urma efectuarii platilor de catre client. 8.Cooperarea cu alte departamente pentru rezolvarea eventualelor probleme. 9.Modificari in contul clientilor, activari servicii aditionale la contract. 10.Participare la programul de fidelizare (puncteThank You) 11.Participare la inventarul trimestrial al stocului de marfa din magazinele Orange.
Cerinte
Experienta intr-un post similar (casier sau relatii cu publicul) – minim 1 an; - Lucru in echipa/colaborare; - Orientare catre rezultate si catre client; - Initiativa si pro-activitate; - Capacitatea de a comunica usor si de a rezolva probleme; - Preocupare pentru exactitate; - Expertiza tehnica si profesionala; - Intelegere a organizatiei
