- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain current and new.NET applications and web services- Build the solution against specifications- Perform the testing required to ensure the correctness of code under his/her ownership- Follow defined methodology and standards throughout all development tasks(+) Technical Lead- Requirements gathering and analysis- Propose and evaluate alternative technical solutions- Design the architecture and software components- Build the solution against specifications.- Follow defined methodology and standards throughout analysis, development and team coordination tasks- Provide team coordination and control in order to ensure that the software built meets initial requirements

- Has the ability to communicate and write in English- Has the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions- Ability to develop software in a group or independently- Technical university degree- Team-player, flexible and communicative person- OOP concepts- 2+ years experience in .Net development (.Net 2.0+ framework, Asp.Net, C# or VB.Net)- 3+ years experience in web development and related technologies (Html, Css, JavaScript, Ajax, XML) with relevant experience in both front-end and server-side programming knowledge- 2+ years experience in MS SQL Server or Oracle- Experience implementing the DotNetNuke content management system and/or other portal technologies is a plus(+) Technical Lead- Able to design system architecture and outline advantages / disadvantages of alternative solutions- Able to provide workload estimates, monitor and control his/her team- Provide technical guidance to less experienced developers- Able to act as technical point of contact for both customers and users- Strong OOP concepts- 4+ years experience in .Net development (.Net 2.0+ framework, Asp.Net, C# or VB.Net)- 5+ years experience in web development and related technologies (Html, Css, JavaScript, Ajax) with relevant experience in both front-end and server-side programming- 5+ years experience in MS SQL Server or Oracle- Experience implementing the DotNetNuke content management system and/or other portal technologies is a plus
