•Maintain an overview on contractual conditions of all projects developed within Division•Maintain an overview on all contracts concluded by Divisiono Investment contracts o Operation and Maintenance contractso Energy purchasingo Sale of energy•Manage claims and disputes in close cooperation with Project Management,Procurement and further departments involved•Develop a claim and contract management organization within Divisiono Develop adequate standards and contract management procedureso Develop adequate standards and claim management procedures for Division in accordance with Corporate guidelines and policies.o Put in place adequate team dedicated to claim and contract management•Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies in cooperation with sales and project management•Build effective operational relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure the speedy resolution of issues detected •Responsible for coordination of company’s task force for the timely solving of potential / actual claims:o Legal, o Tax, o Procurement, o Finance, o Treasury, o HSEQ, o Communication, o Insurance•Monitor contractual conditions of all projects, including any changes during sales and execution phase •Support the project management and project development teams in negotiations•Support Business Administration Office in invoicing, payments and receivables •Periodic reporting on the status of all contract management activities•Continuously monitor contracts status
Cerinte
•University-level degree in law or business administration •Further training in engineering and/or professional experience in an engineering environment advantageous•Experience dealing with contractual issues within industrial projects or a similar environment •Fluency in English, German will be considered an advantage •Strong negotiation skills •Result-oriented, analytically thinking, team player with intercultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels
