Key Tasks•Act as a business analyzing resource to Factory controller and the factory team•Controlling of factory Direct costs and overhead costs and suggesting changes based on analysis•Focus on forward looking planning supported by analysis of actuals, trends, drivers and providing relevant financial information for business decisions•Simplify and Streamline planning process•Establish planning time line aligned with global guidelines•Follows Accounting principles and policies•Coordinates the Business Analysts in Product costing, capital expenditure and inventory management, internal controls and Key Performance Indicators reportingKey Tasks broken down•Performs monthly OPEX, Capex, and headcount planning.•Verify and challenge the reality and reasonableness of the planning data from the operation.•Monitors and highlights deviations against the targets and plans.•Support and challenge the factory operation in financial and business performance.•Control of factory direct Costs such as materials, manufacturing scrap, consumables, stock loss, direct labor and inbound freight in co-ordination with the respective departments•Control of indirect salary, overheads costs of factory•Provides inputs for LE Review•Develops simulation and business case supporting business decisions.•Develops financial plans with assumptions to achieve business objectives (e.g. productivity % ).•Coordinates the preparation of monthly provision with supporting documents.•Prepares monthly actual results and the variance report against targets.
