- Proactively visits existing customers and presents new services and increases the company's services penetration; - Spends 70% of the time visiting customers and the rest in the office for administrative work;- Manages any opportunity of signing new customers, partners, recommendations and internet within the scope set by supervisor; - Follows actively the evolution of the company's customer relationship and develops it until the customer becomes a loyal advocate;- Reports on customers visits and on general sales activity; - Continuously monitors competitors offers on the market and suggests improvement of the company's services offer;- Achieves sales targets with the budgeted resources within the scope set by the Commercial Director;- Manages, controls and supervises the activity of signed customers as per sales targets defined by the Commercial Director;- Participates in sales meetings –discusses progress on important issues and developments on each prospect.
Cerinte
Knowledge and experience needed:- University graduate; - Dynamic person, proving creativeness and initiative;- Enterprising, hard working;- Very good communication and negotiation skills;- Good computer knowledge (Windows, Ms-office, Word, Power-Point, Outlook);- Able to work in an international environment;- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;- Able to work under pressure;- Service sales oriented person;- Good command of English language. The command of a second foreign language is a plus.
