- Identify new potential clients; identify actual clients interested to renew the loan- Inform the clients about the products according to the training manual and internal sales practices- Identify current and future financial needs of the client- Explain documentation required and assist the client to fill the forms- Collect and put together all the required documentation - Ask referrals from existing and potential clients
Cerinte
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Good organizational and time management skills, attention to details.- Self-confidence, positive and proactive attitude, counseling approach in the relation with the client.- Customer service orientation is a must
