- ensuring that the works are constructed according to the specifications- checking all structural designs from safety and economical points of view- preparing all descriptions and necessary documentations- undertaking a risk assessment of the projects and ensuring that the procedures are implementedcorrectly- overall planning for the projects, reviewing and commenting on the contractors' programming for theprojects- coordination and supervision, over the full, complete and accurate execution of the projects on siteincluding time schedule monitoring- quality: inspection and recording of defects including the follow up action- cost control: review of the monthly progress payments- assisting in implementing a cost monitoring system, by informing in writing of every expected and/oraccruing change in the program and/or the time schedule, including analysis and recommendations- updating the initial project budget and schedule based on project goals and input from contractors
