• Provides financial leadership, support and analysis in the areas of accounting and internal controls, financial reporting, operational expense analysis and budgeting;• Provides all necessary resources to direct reports to achieve business and personal objectives;• Provides coaching and encourage professional development of direct reports;• Provides value-added reporting, analysis and forecasting to the business users to enable them to control costs and capital spend and increase and understand revenue.

• University Degree in Economics• Excellent project management, communication, team work and negotiation skills; • Good organizational skills, prioritizes work effectively;• Good understanding of budgeting and financial analysis principles and tools;• Fluency in English (written and verbal);• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point;• Ability to meet deadlines and to work in a team;• Analytical skills;
