• Contract compliance, contract interpretation, set up and maintenance of contract management processes• Maintain a high degree of Contract Awareness among the engagement team • Work with the engagement team and/or another Contract Managers to establish the contract management procedures, tools and methodologies to implement the contract in accordance with its terms• Be actively involved in the contract change request process• Tracking of the contract correspondence• Managing subcontract/third-party agreement development and administration
Cerinte
• Experience with contracting law• University/College degree preferred in law• Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint.• Ability to interact with all management levels, including upper-level client staff• Excellent organizational and analytical skills• Presentation skills
