• High responsibility to deliver the brand objectives: market share, P&L and brand image indicators;• Redesign brand identity and positioning;• Develop and implement brand strategy mid – short term through excellent integrated communication plans ( ATL / BTL / PR / digital / in store ) and efficient budget management;• Actively guard and develop the entire marketing mix ( new product & packaging development, pricing, distribution and communication );• Lead the design and implementation of all brand activities with the internal partners, agencies and suppliers;• Master competition monitoring, market & consumer understanding;• Provide efficient support for Trade Marketing programs and volume forecasting

Cerinte

• University degree and good English are a must;• Knowledge of all marketing tools;• Very dynamic person, well organized and deadline delivery;• Excelling in communication skills and team player.
