Development of local business strategies:- Develop rand strategy into local market plan - Conduct audit (brand measures, competition analysis, media & consumer behaviors)in order to gain continuous market understanding and identify business opportunities- Develop brand opener vision Innovation processes:- Lead brand processes of innovation & renovation including IPM- Lead the brand toward innovation plansCategory communication & 360 activation:- Build and manage launch plans- Build and manage 360 activation plan - Build and support saels promotion plans for off tradeBudget management:- Plan annual brand budget according to the strategic priorities- Manages brand A&P (activity & promotion) budget in order to achieve KPI's and effective utilization
