Effectively co-ordinate implementation of allocated brand activities in Romania, which profitably build the respective brands. • Monitor allocated brands MMAC performance and report to LM,• Control allocated A&P resources per project and market research• Contribute to delivering allocated brands growth and shares as per agreed objectives.• Contribute to the development of the local activity plan, together with the LM• Recommend brand activity priorities and execution standards, in line with local activity plan• Issue market specific Activity Recommendations,• Brief Trade marketing on product portfolio and activity plans to guarantee efficient implementation of the agreed activities by the sales force in the trade,• Ensure proper communication between functions for the local implementation of activities,• Monitor and deliver activity reviews, measured against agreed targets. • Monitor relevant local pricing benchmarks and signal changes• Recommend local pricing changes in line with market conditions, segment pricing strategy and financial targets.• Work with retail audit data to deliver meaningful and actionable reports,• Communicate all relevant info to sales team and collect from sales force,• Implement agreed local consumer research, with support of the LM• Filter proposals and make recommendation for quality adaptations of regionally developed material,• Develop support material for market specific activities in line with corporate guidelines, seek support and approval from the LM• Establish good working relationship with partner agencies,• Prepare market briefs to implement the agreed brand plans, seek support and approval from the LM,• Co-ordinate the projects with the agencies from the brief stage to completion. • Be aware of legislation changes that may affect the segment (e.g. local packaging requirements) and report to LM.• Establish good working relationship with the local media agency,• Monitor our media buying and planning performance (Vs objectives, Vs competition)• Ensure proper communication of media plans with creative agencies.
