Descrierea postului
The PositionThe successful candidate will manage a team of 3 staff and will report to the Country Manager. The position is based in Constanta.Main responsibilities:• Be responsible for and prepare primary accounting, with close follow up on accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT. • Be responsible for monthly and year end closing of the books• Be responsible for preparing internal monthly reporting to the parent company in Copenhagen.• Drive the budget and process of Maersk Romania• Ensure compliance to Romanian fiscal legislation• Support the Country Finance Manager in business decisions• Perform cost and income control and continuously pursue improvements in accounting procedures• Liaise with external advisors in finance matters• Organize and manage the finance team and groom local talent
Cerinte
The successful candidate will have:• Excellent knowledge about Romanian fiscal legislation• Excellent knowledge about VAT (in international transportation, inside and outside EU - would be an advantage).• Excellent communication skills in English• Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management – an advantage• Good analytical skills• Good interpersonal skills• Management experience – an advantage• Ability to challenge existing processesStarting date: As soon as possibleIf you are interested in becoming a part of our successful international company and believe you have the above experience and skills, please, do not hesitate to apply by sending your CV and intention letter in English.
