ING Insurance Central Europe - one of the leading life insurers and Lugera & Makler are looking for outstanding professionals, willing to be a part of a great challenge, a new Shared Service Center that is opening in Cluj – Napoca!ING was one of the first western financial services companies to enter the insurance markets in Central Europe. Today, ING is leader in the life insurance and pension markets in Central Europe. The group has life insurance companies in Hungary, Poland, the Czech and Slovak Republics, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Greece and Spain and pension funds in Poland, Hungary, the Czech and Slovak Republics, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. Together these operations have over 4,000 employees who serve over 7 million clients throughout the region. The Shared Service Centre will be responsible for some functions of finance, operations and IT departments and will include all ING Insurance Central Europe countries (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania). The reason for building a Shared Service Centre is to improve customers service and value for money by simplifying, standardizing and to certain extend centralizing ING ICE service activities, and moreover running these activities like a business by delivering services to internal customers at a cost, quality and timeliness that is competitive with alternatives.Your role as a Service Delivery Coordinator will be to coordinate all (internal and external) Service Delivery organizations’ services with the set requirements (both functional and non-functional). Your main responsibilities will include:Validating requests for the creation of IT solutions.Coordinating Service Delivery Organizations in response to Solution requests.Receiving and processing Requests for Change (RfC’s).Performing initial filtering acceptance/rejection of RfC’s.Validating initial priority of requests.Validating initial category.Monitoring the progress of Requests for Change (RfC’s) during construction and test activities.Ensuring the adherence of built solutions to the Regional IT standards.Coordinating ‘promotion to production’ of builds.Ensuring an adequate review takes place.Closing Change record.For this you should have: - A Bachelor of Science; - Minimum 3 years of experience in Project or IT Change Management execution;- Good knowledge and understanding of CMMI, ITIL;- Fluent English writing and communication skills; - Oganization and administrative skills;- The ability to interact with different cultures.Having financial services background, especially insurance knowledge is a great advantage!
