For one of our clients, a company active in the medical field, we are looking for a Financial Director.Developing and participating on company’s business strategy together with other top management members;Being responsible for P&L report, achieving sales and cost and profit targets;Preparing budget and financial plans;Providing solutions to improve cash flow, cost controlling, assets safeguarding and utilization of financial resources;Being responsible for statutory, financial and management reporting;Being responsible for the company’s compliance with the accounting, tax and legal legislation; Preparing ad-hoc analysis and management reports for senior management at HQ;Developing and improving up-to-date financial policies and procedures;Being responsible for maximizing return on investment and improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the company processes;Implementing financial and accounting software; Being responsible for liaison with tax authorities, auditors and tax advisors;Being responsible for recruitment and development of financial staff;
