The Telemarketing Representative is a key partner in promoting the efforts of sales, responsible for making outbound calls to introduce the company’s products to customers (businesses) in order to generate qualified leads for the Direct Sales Representatives.

Essential duties:Using a structured process, the Telemarketing Representative will cold-call potential customers and determine if there is compatibility between offerings and customer needs. Once a specific need was determined, the Telemarketing Representative will establish a convenient date for a meeting between the potential costumer and a sales representative. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must know both English and German at a very high level.• Good knowledge about basic sales techniques and specifically about the business of multinational companies would be very useful. • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with potential customers.• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).• Ability to overcome technical and business objections of potential clients.• Experience gained within a call center or as a Telemarketer.• Availability to adjust working hours to the European program.• Are considered useful knowledge of IT products and software packages used in multinational companies.
