Descrierea postului
1. Maintains all payroll general ledger accounts by preparing reconciliations and analytical reviews, performing account analysis and accounting entries;2. Monitors payroll general ledger budget personnel cost line items by coordinating with department personnel from payroll related accounts;3. Process employee payroll;4. Monitors and prepare payroll year-end work papers for external auditors, preparing year-end journal entries, adjusting entries and accruals, preparing financial reports and statements, coordinating payroll audit activities with internal and external auditors;5. Ad-hoc reports related to the month end process.
Cerinte
1. Economic university degree; 2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an payroll accountant;3. Understanding of accounting and reporting systems;4. Knowledge about legislation connected with the payroll;5. Well-organized, structured and efficient;6. Fluency in English; 7. Strong Excel knowledge.
