Descrierea postului
* Is responsible for analyzing the company’s business performance and processes, in all aspects: financial, operational / efficiency wise; * Analyses key performance indicators evolution and their inter-correlations, assess and monitor their impact on company’s profitability; * Analyses profitability and budget variation by product/ project categories;* Mines through various data available, identify trends and make forecasts, performs factor analyses;* Design new indicators adequate for business monitoring and efficient decision making;* Deeply understands and suggest improvements for business processes and information flow within the company; * Prepares business analyses reports, scenario analyses, able to analyze and correlate comprehensive range of reports, materials, presentations received from various departments;* Managing the Business Analysis team;* Communicate orally and in writing complex issues, conclusions, and decisions.
Cerinte
* Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration;* Experience in similar positions – 3 years;* ACCA graduate or final stage under completion (will be a plus);* Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;* Results oriented, good task management;* Planning, organization and coordinating skills;* High sense of responsibility;* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;* Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;* Fluent in English;* Advanced Computer Skills: good Excel knowledge, Word and PowerPoint.
