The Business Manager is responsible for driving Private Brand growth with their assigned categories. Specific responsibilities include developing/executing the following:• Global insights and trends in assigned categories• Local market competitive assessments• Category analysis and insights• Strategic recommendations on assortment, merchandising layout and consumer awarenessThe Business Manager can expect daily interaction with key decision makers with the objective of guiding (influencing) them to deliver on agreed objectives. He / she will be measured on the results achieved (vs. objectives) and will be rewarded accordingly.

Cerinte

- Marketer (he or she), holding about 4 years work experience in a multinational environment- Comfortable with market data analysis, able to see the big picture, identify trends and confident to formulate business recommendations - A strong leader, passionate about business, able to influence decision makers in the right direction- Strong presenter capable of defending strategic recommendations to all levels of the organization- Disciplined and honest person, with a “Can-Do” attitude- Fluent in English
