Descrierea postului
-Gatekeeper that end-to-end Unit Linked Pricing processes are in line with local, regional and ING Group procedures, regional policy framework and best practice. -Spervising that daily Unit Price is equitable and legal, reputational and market risks are limited, balanced and controlled. -Authorising the correct calculation and daily striking of the Unit Prices based on received units, valuations, fees, tax information and other relevant instructed information. -Tracking and improving daily and monthly performance and risk control mechanisms of the Unit Linked Pricing processes and regional policy framework. -Ambassador and provide quality services and trainings to all relevant departments and process owners related to Unit Linked Pricing. -Management, coordination and implementation of changes in Unit Linked Pricing processes. -Continuously improving best practices and drives changes when needed -Setting up and monitoring policy conditions related to Unit Pricing -ING Investment Management (or other internal or external investment manager) contact person and owner to design, update and control the Unit Pricing Service Level Agreement.
Cerinte
-University degree (preferably Finance or Technical) -Experience with financial and investment processes is an asset -Fluent in English -PC skills, MS Office-Very good communication skills -Teamwork -Analytic reasoning -Client oriented attitude -Capability to work with deadlines
