Descrierea postului
1. MTP / Budgeting / Forecasting• Compile and consolidate financial budgeting information and perform reasonability check • Timely prepare and report the forecast information as requested by management and regional office • Analyze monthly/quarterly actual operating results against budget and forecast operating result against budget2. Capital planning• Prepare and analyze reports related to capital planning different point of view: regulator; economic capital model; liquidity• Prepare and analyze cash flow reports per lines of business3. Reporting / Management reports• Timely and accurately monthly and quarterly management reporting to management and regional office• Prepare reports for management recurring/ad-hoc as required• Prepare reports for other departments as requested 4. Other projects• Compilation and consolidation of financial information to be included in business plans/PARP documents• Check input data for margin analysis and provide analysis if requested• Develop/maintain the data / reports necessary for management reporting • Test the accuracy and correctness of reports • Participate in Solvency II and IFRS 4 Phase II projects from Finance and Reporting work-stream perspective
Cerinte
Background • University degree with specialization in finance • 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience, • Minimum 2 years in insurance industry• Proven experience in controlling or financial management Special knowledge:• PC skills – advanced ( Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Outlook)• English language – Excellent spoken and written• Certifications: preferably CMA and/or ACCACompetencies• Focus on the customer;• Planning and organizing skills;• Drive for results;• Communication skills
