Asigura interfata intre colaboratorii din Forta de vanzari si departamentele din Sediul Central pentru buna desfasurare a activitatii de vanzari conform cerintelor companiei.-Asigura sprijinul din punct de vedere administrativ -Administreaza:sumele de plata catre clienti, cheltuielile agentiei,chitantierele agentiei si ordinele de plata pretiparite,materialele pentru instruirea desfasurata in agentie;-Inregistreaza cererile de asigurare primite de la colaboratori-Actualizeaza baza de date a clientilor si consultantilor de asigurare-Opereaza modificari de structura (transfer de portofoliu, trimiteri date personale colaboratori pe mail etc)-Asigura arhivarea eficienta a documentelor
Cerinte
-Absolvent studii medii/Studii universitare-Cunostinte PC – mediu ( Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)-Cunostinte minime de contabilitate-Limba engleza – mediu-Abilitati de comunicare
